Incoloy 925 is an age hardenable nickel-iron-chromium alloy with additions of molybdenum,copper,titanium and aluminum,providing a combination of high strengh and excellent corrosion resistance. The high nickel content also gives resistance to chloride iron stress- corrosion cracking.
It is used in the prtroleum industry for applications such as gas well components,valves and tubing, as well as finding use in high-strength piping systems.
Incoloy Alloy 925 Typical application field as below:
1 .The Organic chemical process parts contains chloride, especially in the use of acid chloride catalyst.
2. The digester and bleacherin the use of paper pulp and paper making industry.
3.Absorption tower, re-heater,gas import board, fan, blender, fair water fin, flue and so on for using in flue gas desulfurization system.
4. The equipment and parts in the use of acidic gas environments.
5. Acetic acid and anhydride reaction generator
6. Sulfur acid cooling
We own one workshop of more than 8000 square meters, with a vacuum melting, electroslag remelting, forging, heat treatment, machining, quality inspecting machines and a full-line of production system
We will do following inspections for our Incoloy 925 material:Charpy Impact Testing,Tensile Testing,Chemical Analysis,Metallurgical Evaluation,Failure Analysis,Hardness Testing,Macrostructure Testing,Stress Rupture Testing as per the needs of the clients
