Aluminum rollers are used in light conveyor system such as printing machiney and plastic film machinery. Usually it is made out of material 6061T651 and its production process has high-speed turning, static & dynamic balancing and fine grinding etc.
Finally aluminum roller need to be anodized or hard anodized and precision aluminum roller also has critical requirements on the roundness, straightness, runout, con-centricity and cylindricity.
