We supply full range of Tuyeres including the single compartment and patented dual- jet tuyereswith X-Ray quality. These tuyere coolers are manufactured to include ring for gas-tight fit and grout holes and to accept steel flanges to permit direct welding to furnace.
Cooling Plates: The X-ray quality welded steel band features allows for direct welding to the furnace for a gas tight fit. Grout plates produced for steel companies throughout the world enjoy a top preference. The unique characteristic of its design is that it permits grouting of the furnace though the plate itself. For special blast furnace applications, Cigar coolers can be either caste or fabricated in many different dimensions or lengths. The steel bands or flanges are welded to Cigar cooler for ease of installation in the field and to maintain a gas-tight fit.
