For tissue grades, the reel spools, the threads to fix the carton cores on it are made of threaded rings inserted to reel spool main body. These rings are subjected to thermal treatment which greatly increases its lifespan. Over time, as the threads are our of regular use, all that is needed is just the threaded ring replacement.
