The steel rollers are made under the process of initial turning, static balancing, welding&assembly, fine turning, grinding and dynamic balancing etc. Usually the roller has critical requirements on the roundness, straightness, runout, con-centricity and cylindricity - that's why final precision grinding process is a must for a qualified steel roller.

To get mirror-like finishing, we use 3M special polishing material for polishing after fine grinding process.

Dynamic balancing is also a must for high speed working roller.
