CuCrZr is a heat treatable copper alloy which is used in all kinds of industries. CuCrZr is consisting of Cu with Cr and Zr in order to achieve a Cu-alloy with a high electrical and thermal conductivity together with a high degree of hardness and strength.

Spot welding electrodes for resistance welding applications
Welding wheels for seam welding production
Cooling plates and moulds for non ferrous metal casting
Mould inserts and heat conducting torpedoes for plastic die construction
CuCrZr is produced in round, flat, square, rectangular and hexagon bars. CuCrZr is also produced in discs, rings, plates and special profiles. Finished parts can also be produced out of this CuCrZr copper alloy according to customer production drawings.
